“Never“. is exactly what I would respond to this question. In my opinion, segregation is a horrible misdoing in every case.
Thinking of different races, what is the reason of thinking that black people are worse than white ones? Why do some people think that Jews are less valuable than Christians? Or why do some have the opinion, that disabled persons are less valuable than healthy persons?
To be honest I can’t answer any of these questions. In my eyes, segregation is almost the worst thing one can do to another person. Nobody has a choice of how to be born. Nobody can choose one’s own skin color, sanity or religion. For this reason we should not blame anyone for a thing one is not able to help.
